As part of this project, students planned and held a Christmas party in collaboration with a short-term admission office for preschool children receiving medical care in City A to encourage interaction between children receiving medical care at home and students. After the event, we surveyed students and asked them to describe what they noticed and learned in the process of preparing for and on the day of the Christmas party.
