However, there has been relatively little focus on the training of managers. Nevertheless, managers involved in the training of on-site personnel\nare believed to play a crucial role in the overall human resource development of their respective organizations. In this context, a pilot web-based training program for employment support institution managers, utilizing a \"Listening Hour,\" was created and evaluated for its effectiveness. The training program was implemented with the cooperation of 11 managers from employment support institutions. The results revealed a significant change only in the \"depersonalization\" aspect of the Japanese version of the Burnout Scale, while no significant differences were observed in other dimensions. However, qualitative changes were noted in some managers, as indicated in survey responses such as \"became more aware of other managers\" and \"realized that having colleagues nationwide makes me feel at ease, knowing that I am not alone.\" On the other hand, challenges identified for the training program included \"short duration\" and \"limited dialogue with other research collaborators.\" It was deemed necessary to extend the duration of the training program and ensure ample time for participant interaction in future iterations.
