The subjects of the analysis were the staff and mothers of a play center implemented in Eniwa City. Several mothers involved in the play center are now active as leaders in community education, and they highly value the learning together at that time. Therefore, this paper examined the learning content and situation of the play centers. As a result, first of all, “collaborative management” was one of the conditions for establishing learning. It was also found that “discussion” and “reflection” lead to the formation of independence of parents. In this paper, we were able to identify six learning elements: (1) an essential understanding of “play,” (2) ensuring equality, (3) fostering trust based on conflict experiences, (4) an approach that enhances self-esteem, (5) expanding horizons and roles in the community, and (6) a person-centered experience with an eye toward passing on to the next generation.
