Previously, we piloted a Web-based training program for managers, who are key to human resource development in employment support organizations, using listening hours. During that time, some managers showed qualitative changes, and the participants suggested that teed book on what they had discussed and interaction among participants would be holp tul. In response, we reorganized the content of the training program to focus on information sharing and the exchange of experiences, and conducted an evaluation of its effectiveness. The results showed a significant decrease in the \"decline in personal accomplishment\" as measured by the Japanese version of the Burnout Scale, from before the training to one month after its completion. One possible reason for this is that the information gained from the training program influenced controlled coping mechanisms, leading to an increase in a sense of accomplishment.
