We used“ opposite word”pairs as the stimulus words, such as“ difficult/easy” and ”interest/uninterested”, to draw out responses from the students. Their responses were categorized into seven categories, and we evaluated them in order to improve this lecture. We found that students felt that the care for the patients was \"difficult but interesting” and“ deep\" in clinical exercises.
