The purpose was to clarify the relationship by focusing on the acceptance consciousness of local governments.\nThe following points were clarified by the questionnaire survey and interview survey of our students and local government officials. That is, the students who answered that they would choose a rural area as their future assignment location are those who chose an urban area. Tend to be more. However, the \"attractiveness of teachers\" envisioned by students at this stage is only general in relation to children, not in relation to the community. In other words, the “attractiveness of teachers” that students have and the intentions of local governments are different at this stage. By finding \"horizontal cooperation\" with the school, we will be able to see the way to connect young teachers and the community.
