| 内容記述 | 本研究では幼児期の食育計画を扱った書籍・雑誌から、幼稚園・保育所での食育を計画立案するための視点を探った。結果は、次のとおりであった。 ①指導目標はあそびを通した発達の援助を重視していることが分かった。 ②子どものあそびでは、「食材を素材にしたあそび」が全書にあり、2 番目に「料理をする」があった。 ③「環境設定」は「食材」と「料理」、「製作」、「視聴」、「あそび」を組み合わせていた。 ④「表現活動」はあそびをとおして食材や食品の流通、食品分類の知識に興味を持たせる意図が見られた。 食育計画では、あそびと学びの不可分をふまえて積極的に「あそび」としての環境を構成することが有効であることが分かった。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to establish the viewpoints from which to develop dietary education plans in kindergartens and child-care centers by examining books and magazines that focus on the subject in infancy. As a result, the following facts were observed: (1) It was clear that, among their targets of instruction, they put emphasis on supporting the development of infants through play. (2) Among children's play, the ones utilizing food appeared most frequently in all investigated items, followed by cooking. (3) Environments were set up by combining food and cooking, creation, listening and watching, and play. (4) In expression activities, it was observed that there was an intention to inspire interest in food, food distribution and knowledge on food classification through play. Proactively setting up an environment of dietary education as part of play, based on the understanding that learning and play are inseparable, was recognized as effective. |
