| 内容記述 | 北海道内33 市部の公立小学校627 校を対象にして，管理職から見た学級経営の困難な状況について調査を行った．その調査結果を基に学級経営の困難な状況の構造化を図った．学級経営の困難な状況を生じさせる根幹には教師指導力の要因が大きく関わり，教師像の教師の自己中心性と深く関連しているものと思われる．学級経営の困難な状況の予防的対応策として，低学年においては，教師が学習や生活規律などで手本となる行動をモデリングとして示し，望ましいあるべき姿に成長させることが大切であると考える．それを受けて中・高学年においては，教師が肯定的行動を示した子を適切なモデルとして評価し, 手本として学級全体に広がることに重点を置いた学級経営を展開することが重要である．さらには，合意形成に基づいた話合い活動を活性化させ，学級の諸問題などを児童に考えさせ，自分たちの力で解決させる問題解決能力を育成するための教師指導力の発揮が今後の課題となる． | |||||

| 内容記述 | We surveyed 627 public elementary schools in 33 cities in Hokkaido regarding the difficult situation with class management from the viewpoint of managerial staff. As a result, we tried to structure the difficult situation with class management. It seems that the factor of teacher leadership is greatly related to the basis of the difficult situation of class management, and it is deeply related to the self-centeredness of the teacher in the image of the teacher. As a preventive measure against difficult situations of class management, in the lower grades, it is important for teachers to show model behaviors in learning and school life discipline as modeling and to grow into the desired form. In the middle and upper grades, it is important for teachers to evaluate children who have shown positive behavior as an appropriate model and to develop class management with an emphasis on spreading to the entire class as a model. Furthermore, it is a future task to demonstrate teacher leadership ability to activate discussion activities based on consensus building, make children think about various problems in the class, and develop problem-solving ability to solve them by their own power. | |||||
