| 内容記述 | 近年，スポーツ選手は栄養摂取状況や食生活の改善にも高い関心を持っており，サプリメント利用者も多い．また，ドーピングや食物アレルギーに対する知識も重要である．北海道内のジュニアスポーツ指導者97 名を対象に，ドーピング，サプリメントおよび食物アレルギーに関する認識や知識についてアンケート調査した．その結果，①正しく薬を利用するため薬剤師へ相談するように働きかけが必要である．②多くの指導者が薬利用やドーピングへの認識が低いため研修が必要である．③体力補強に効果的なサプリメント利用の知識が乏しく，ミネラル，ビタミン類を中心に摂取する者が多い．またサプリメントを「薬品」と認識している者が多く，体質や劇的な体力改善を期待していたが，使用経験者の6 割以上は効果を実感できていなかった．④サプリメントや薬についてインターネットによる情報収集や購入のケースが今後増加すると予想されるため，対策が必要である．⑤自炊の頻度が，食生活や食物アレルギーへの関心度と関連していた．栄養学，食品学，調理実習などの研修が推奨される．また食物アレルギーの知識や発作発症時の緊急対処法についても，情報提供が不可欠である． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Recently, many athletes are interested in nutritional conditioning and the use of the supplements. For the athletes, the knowledge of doping and food allergies is very important. We did a survey about the knowledge of doping, supplements and food allergies on 97 junior sports coaches. Results: ① It is necessary to recommend to the coaches that they consult pharmacists more frequently. ② The knowledge level of most coaches about the use of medicine and doping is low. ③ Many coaches do not know what is a reasonable use of supplements, and they misunderstand that supplements are some kind of medicine. More than 60％ of the supplement users did not feel the effects. ④ The cases to the use of the Internet will increase for getting information on supplements and purchasing them. ⑤ Coaches should also learn more about cooking, food science, as well as nutrition. It is also important to learn more about the treatment of sever, sudden onset of food allergies. |
