| 内容記述 | 本研究においては、幼稚園における食育に関するカリキュラム作成を検討するために、幼稚園教諭へのインタビュー調査をおこなった。 結果は次のとおりであった。 「食育」の視点として、「給食での指導」と「好き嫌いの改善」、「野菜の栽培」、「子どもの調理」、「保護者への思い」、「あそびと食欲の関係」が見出された。さらに保護者への働きかけを重視していた。 以上のことから、食育カリキュラムを作成する上では、次の4 つを特に意識して計画する必要がある と考えられる。 ①栽培と調理の経験（偏食の改善） ②保護者をも含めた食育教育（保護者への働きかけ）の必要性 ③体を動かす遊びの有効性 |

| 内容記述 | This research was carried out by conducting interviews with kindergarten teachers in order to examine the formulation of the curriculum regarding food education. There were six common factors that were identified through this process as being beneficial to the development of food education‘. Guidance for kindergarten lunchtime’,‘ encouraging a more balanced diet by preparing and presenting unpopular foods in different and appealing ways’‘, involving the children in the growing of vegetables’‘, involving the children in food preparation’‘, outreach to parents’, and‘ being aware of the relationship between appetite and play’. In light of these findings, the following four points should be considered when formulating a food education curriculum. 1. Providing experience of growing vegetables and preparing food (encouraging a balanced diet) 2. The need to involve parents in food education (outreach to parents) 3. The importance of physically active play |
