| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は連想法調査を用いて基礎看護学実習Ⅰの実習評価を情意的側面から検討することである．今回の実習について「難しかったところ－易しかったところ」，「面白かったところ－面白くなかったところ」などの刺激語を用い，学生からの回答語を7 つのカテゴリーに分類し，実習指導改善のための評価を行った．その結果，学生は受持ち患者の援助（M）は「難しいけど面白い」し「深まった」と感じていた．「難しい」「面白い」「深まった」ともに回答語が最も多かったのはコミュニケーションであり，学生にとって実習のイメージは患者とのコミュニケーションであった． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to evaluate the lecture of the Basic Nursing Practice I by the association method from the emotional point of view. We used“ opposite word”pairs as the stimulus words, such as“ difficult/easy” and ”interest/uninterested”, to draw out responses from the students. Their responses were categorized into seven categories, and we evaluated them in order to improve this lecture. We found that students felt that the care for the patients was "difficult but interesting” and“ deep" in clinical exercises. The clinical experience to the students was communication with patients, because that the most number of reply words concern with“ difficult”, “interesting”, and“ deep” was in communication. |
