| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，知的障害児における効果的な教材開発として「月経血モデル」を考案し製作することである．本研究は北海道文教大学共同研究費で採択され，平成26 年6 月〜8 月に実施した．知的障害児の性教育の教材については，全国の養護教諭及び特別支援学校教諭にとって課題となっており，手作りの教材を製作している学校も少なくない．しかし，より本物に近いリアルでソフトな臨場感を持つ教材製作については困難を感じている実施者が多い．筆者ら3 人は助産師としての経験が長く，性教育の専門家として協力できる部分はないかとの発想から，手作りの「月経血モデル」を考案し，製作を試みた．本研究では製作のプロセスを公開し，必要とする実施者がいつでも参考にして製作できるようにした． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to devise and produce a model of menstruation as an effective teaching tool for children with intellectual difficulties. This study was undertaken with the Hokkaido Bunkyo University Joint Research Fund and executed between the months of June and August in 2014. The production of sex education teaching materials for the intellectually disabled has become a challenge for school nurses and special needs teachers across the country， and many schools are creating handmade materials. However， many of the professionals involved with these children acknowledge the difficulty of providing learning materials that are close to the reality but that are also appropriate. Being experienced midwives， the three authors felt that sex education was an area in which they could collaborate as experts in the field， and thus they devised and attempted to produce a handmade model of menstruation. This study reveals the production process so that a practitioner in need of such material can at any time produce their own model. |
